Description
Received lead from another branch (Gaston Mulleady), two separate losses: 2nd floor hallway bathroom affecting kitchen and 1st floor hallway bathroom affecting basement. 2nd floor hallway bathroom tub area leaks when using shower (possible cracked/missing caulking/grout). 1st floor hallway bathroom toilet was not set correctly and leaks when in use. Ceiling drywall in kitchen and basement affected. 1980 build, Tom is the third owner. There is a lot of problems at this property that will need future work. Private Pay.
