Kyle texted me asking to check out his wife's uncles house. They had a spigot burst in the garage and leaked into basement. Built 1944. Basement areas of focus: landing common area laundry room partial storage Client currently is staying in Florida and we will need to set up a lockbox and proper communication when working.

Update from Ken, He agreed to have drywall installed instead of wood panel. He is getting payments sent to him in Florida and will send it out to us. I will send a supplemental for the wood panel removal and replacement.
Waiting for Ken to confirm we can install drywall instead of wood panels.
