Kyle texted me asking to check out his wife's uncles house. They had a spigot burst in the garage and leaked into basement. Built 1944. Basement areas of focus: landing common area laundry room partial storage Client currently is staying in Florida and we will need to set up a lockbox and proper communication when working.
