On 3/12/2026, I spoke with Sara about the specifics of the Loss at the home. She stated that Cause of Loss was from the water back-up in the drainage pipes in the basement and that they are not covered under policy. She also mentioned concern about the Contents of the basement and if she would be covered for those items. I requested a copy of her Policy and any service reports she has so that we can review and consider an angle of approach. As of this time, I have not received an email from Sara.
Sara Appreciate you taking the call earlier. Sharing an email with the team ( @Anthony Michal and @Quinntin Coleman). We discussed:- Check payment does not incur processing fees, Credit Card 3%, ACH one time $25 fee (this is a fee from the processor and 100% is passed onto them)- Quinntin can pick up a check for the mitigation ($6k) when we confirm drying is completed- Reconstruction terms: 70% upfront 30% at completion- When @Anthony Michal returns from training, he will create an official estimate and send you an invoice Everyone has access to the number 773-303-6464 - so if you need anything when I am out on vacation - feel free to call us there! Thanks,Robby
